This product was absolutely stunning when I received it! Amazing quality and arrived quickly.This picture turned out great I love itThis is an impressive photo enlargement done almost instantly. Return shipping disappointing but only because I was anxious to see the results. The photo was wrapped around a lightweight wooden frame and is now hanging on two small brad nails. Excellent. Highly recommend.The colors seemed very washed and not at all vibrant as described by the seller. Attached are a side-by-side comparison of what was uploaded and what was received. No filters/alterations were applied to either photo. On a positive note the size was as promised, and the picture was clear, its just the colors that were disappointing. I won't be using this seller again, nor will I be recommending this seller to anyone I know.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and told me that their policy is 100% refund to any unsatisfied customer, which they offered me. They also wrote that if I could reconsider my review and make it a 4 or 5 star review. I am not taking the refund, nor am I changing it to a 4 or 5 star review. I can't describe the feeling I had when I opened the product that I had purchased and I saw these washed, faded, dull colors. It's not about the money, I don't want my money back, what I want is the product I was promised. I am not changing my review to a 4 or 5 star review because I don't believe it is a 4 or 5 star product. My original feelings and sentiment about this product stand which is I do not like the product, I will not use this seller again, and I will not recommend this seller to anyone.I ordered two frames pictures and due to my own fault the framed picture was incorrectly hanged. I contacted the seller and to my surprise, they were able to replace with two newly framed pictures. Top notch customer service and great and quality product.I placed this order for the canvas print and had some issues with my print and they were able to get one from me that would work, they did a superb job and got my order to me even with my issues within 5 days. I would highly recommend the company to anyone,Truly I am so pleased with the product. We had this done for our granddaughter for her room and as a gift . So pleased. Thank you so much for this company on amazon..God answered our Prayers on this. Was so afraid we would not be able to find a company to make it and they did.Used this as a Christmas gift and the response was amazing!!! My grandsons loved it!This canvas came out as expected. I'm not overly thrilled but not disappointed either. If you choose this product, make sure your photo is clear and has high resolution. Do not zoom the photo in too much because it will come out pixelated. I'd give this 4 stars. I wished the wrapping of the canvas was better, I will have to staple around to be sure it stays and lasts.Wrapping came awesome. It was very securely packaged to be sure there was no damage.
